MAYBE (3) PUB? (organising)

I played a key role in organizing MAYBE (3) PUB, the first exhibition our collective held since graduating. We chose ‘pub’ as our central theme, marking a new and highly successful chapter for MAYBE.

As an organiser, I was responsible for delegating tasks across different teams, including identity & posters, animation, social media, merchandise, and curation, ensuring a smooth and cohesive execution of the event

While I already had experience organising events through my newspaper launches, this exhibition taught me how to coordinate a larger team. I learned how to delegate tasks effectively, trust others with responsibilities, and ensure that all moving parts came together smoothly. It was a great lesson in leadership and communication.
